Cape of Storms Caipirinha

The caipirinha (pronounced kai-purr-REEN-yah) is the national drink of Brazil and is also the countries most popular cocktail. While a Caipirinha is usually made with cachaça, a cousin to Rum, we have taken this simple but tasty cocktail and made it our own by including some local ingredients as well as our Rum.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut 1/2 a Lime into three smaller wedges, before adding them to a glass, give them a good squeeze.

  2. Add Simple Sugar and The Great White Rum, stir well.

  3. Fill glass with ice and stir once again.

  4. Top up glass with soda or sparkling water.

  5. Add a dash of Mutiny Orange Bitters and enjoy!
