Rum and Marshmallow Hot Chocolate

When you are in the middle of winter, not many people are in the mood for a cool, fresh cocktail. At the same time, who doesn't love a big mug of hot chocolate on a cold day? With this recipe, we combine the two to make a hot cocktail and the result couldn't be tastier!

The pairing of Rum and Chocolate, along with the warmth of this cocktail brings out an amazing fruity taste. The natural sweetness of The Great White Rum creates a sense of decadence without the need for added sugar.


Ingredients:

4 tsp Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate

1 tsp Cinnamon

500 ml Milk

2 tbsp Rum (30ml)

Marshmallows


Method:

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Reduce the heat and add the cinnamon, Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate and rum. Stir and allow to simmer for a further minute or two before turning off the heat.

Pour into 2 mugs and top it off with a bunch of marshmallows.
